6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any legal action related to these Terms must be filed in a federal or state court located in the USA within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. VitaSeal’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its rights. VitaSeal may assign its rights under these Terms at its discretion.
